At Sturni UK Limited, (owner of Stund Colours & Kwnana Brands) we want you to be completely happy with your purchase from any of our brands (Kwnana, Stund Colours) If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item:

Initiate the Return: Contact our friendly customer service team at info@sturnigroup.co.uk to let us know you'd like to return an item.

Prepare the Package: Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Ship It Back: We'll provide you with the return address. Please send the item back to us, and remember to obtain proof of postage for your records.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund promptly. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Certain items, such as personalised products, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we'll make it right.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
