For larger personalised orders, it may take up to 14 working days to dispatch. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details.

When’s the latest I can order for next-day delivery?

To ensure next-day delivery, please place your order before 1 pm. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day. Do note that some personalised items may not qualify for next-day delivery.

What if my parcel is delayed or lost?

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but occasionally delays can happen. Royal Mail considers a package lost if it hasn’t been delivered 10 working days after the estimated delivery date. In such cases, we’ll process a full refund after this 10-day period. Since we’re unable to replace items, refunds will be issued instead
